Job Title: Operations Service Worker
Job Duties: Keep facility in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish and livestock wastes. Perform routine building maintenance. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Service, clean, and supply restrooms supplies. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and hand and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Do other related duties as assign from time to time.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High school graduate. Must have at least 1-year of work-related experience. Can do and perform work assignments under pressure with less supervision and meet tasks deadline. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Must be physically fit to lift, push, pull or carry heavy loads. Must have own transportation to & from work. All applicants must be able to secure CNMI driver's license. The work schedule for this position includes split shifts and each beneficiary shall have different days off, each with 1-day off per week. All applicants must attached resume, copy of diploma, education certificates, employment certification, and other related documents. Background checks and drug testing may be required during or prior to employment to all applicants.
