| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of gambling dealers and other workers engaged in providing gambling activities and assigns work stations. Controls pit operation during shift. Ensures total compliance of gaming floor operation with Gaming Commission regulations and Internal Controls and Procedures. Supervises floor staff to ensure that employees render prompt and courteous service to patron. Arranges and oversees all casino floor staff. Responsible for the efficient and tight control of junket activities. Resolves customer service complaints and settles matters requiring explanation and interpretation of house rules. Reviews operational expenses and budget estimates. Trains new workers and evaluates performance. Alerts surveillance or security on an as needed basis. Supervises fills and credits. Performs other related duties as may be assigned |
