| Job Duties: | Clean & sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes or silverware. Store food in designated container & storage areas to preven spoilage. Portion & wrap the food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons. Take & record temperature of food & food storage areas such as refrigerators & freezers. Prepare a variety of food such as meat, vegetables or desserts according to customers' orders or suprvisors instructions following approved procedures. Does other related duties. |

| Comments: | Anticipated schedule of work hours is 7:00am to 2:00pm. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
